After Ranma, I'm just glad that there is an real ending this time.
I hate it when the manga ends with an open end (like Togari, which I read yesterday). Maybe that's because I'm from the west, but I'm a happy end kinda guy.
Defeating the baddie but dying himself (like in shin angyo onshi) may be a win because he fulfilled his mission, but that's not realkly a happy end to me.
But hey, that's just me. I even hoped for more of a happy end in Chrno crusade and there it was a girl with a shortened life span and a demon.
I think Inuyasha had a good run. I always enjoyed reading it. It may have been a little bit repetitive but I can easily overlook that and still enjoy the manga the way it is.
