How different is the anime from the manga? I watched the anime first (26 episodes or so?) And was wondering if they cut out stuff from the manga, or if I would be okay to skip a few.

Definitely read ALL of the manga. The anime skipped some scenes, changed others, and while a part of the anime is quite accurate to the manga (especially in the beginning), a lot of it isn't. The storylines may be mostly the same (except for the Alice in Wonderland one), but the way things happen is different - Nekozawa was originally in the beach scenes, for example.
So read all the manga.

Wooo! Nekozawa. ^_^.
Also, I'm guessing the anime stopped early? Cause the manga says that Mori and Honey are juniors (11th grade) but the anime said they were seniors. So I'm confused, which one are they?
Where does the manga say that? It must be a misprint; Mori and Honey are definitely in their third year of high school (grade 12). However, the anime did stop early, with the last two episodes being completely made up (I think that's around volume 6 of the manga).

The major difference is that the anime straightened out the chronology -- so we're following the course of a school year instead of jumping about and having to do artificial resets to keep the seniors (like Honey and Mori) from graduating. Within that, it's fairly faithful to the stories themselves (minus a couple of invented episodes).
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask

.
Ah, I'm guessing whoever translated the manga thought third year of high school was Grade 11, not Grade 12. It wasn't big, I'd thought so beforehand.
@Last_Serenade: Yeah, the anime hooked me. Watched all 26 episodes in 3 days. Now I'm going through Ouran Withdrawal.
@Pseudo -- Ah, okay, that makes sense.
