And yes - youtube is deleating every anime which is broadcasted on their site, since they were sued - so even if any episode of Host club will appear, it will be immediately erased.

I'm finding lots of other series that are still on there, though.

And is the debate over that already settled? I was a YouTube supporter, so if they lost I want to see why. I don't think they should have, based on copyright laws.

When did youtube get sued? I was wondering why it was taking off all the anime. It's really annoying that it happened, but whatever. Youtube lost right?

As far as I can tell...this hasn't even hit the courts yet. I wouldn't expect it to have by now, it's not like the legal system usually moves quickly.

I maintain that Google is going to kick Viacom's butt. I don't know why they're taking down anime, unless Viacom or another company has been asking them specifically. (Which could explain why it looks like only certain series are being removed - Eureka Seven, for example, is still there. Good thing too, I need to finish watching.)

For now, I guess we'll just have to watch Ouran elsewhere...like the links kindly provided in this thread. ^^
