And is the debate over that already settled? I was a YouTube supporter, so if they lost I want to see why. I don't think they should have, based on copyright laws.

When did youtube get sued? I was wondering why it was taking off all the anime. It's really annoying that it happened, but whatever. Youtube lost right?
As far as I can tell...this hasn't even hit the courts yet. I wouldn't expect it to have by now, it's not like the legal system usually moves quickly.

I maintain that Google is going to kick Viacom's butt. I don't know why they're taking down anime, unless Viacom or another company has been asking them specifically. (Which could explain why it looks like only certain series are being removed - Eureka Seven, for example, is still there. Good thing too, I need to finish watching.)
For now, I guess we'll just have to watch Ouran elsewhere...like the links kindly provided in this thread. ^^
