akisame is the jujutsu guy. sakaki is the karate guy.
There's gotta be another showdown between Kensei and Sogetsu. The other one was too early on in the manga, so the author's skill was different.

BTW, Sakaki and Hongo's endless fights remind me of
Kakashi and Guy in Naruto...
or Brogi and Dori, the giant Elbaf warriors in One Piece!
