What on earth are you talking about? Oh Great's art is gorgeous. It may not be a particularly unique style (though what you are using as your baseline here I don't know, everyone draws differently), but the presentation is phenomenal.

Because this can hardly be considered to be "gorgeous". Sure, he may be a better artist than your average Joe Schmoe, but in the manga world, that kind of art can only be considered to be on par with everyone else.

If I could have weapons of my choice against masses of undead:
A Flechette with unlimited ammo or
A Swords with low weight or
A virus lab (create a virus which is spread by getting in contact with someone->zombies die, and well all people who get in contact with them ). or
Some layers (in ring form) of Antimatter far away from me, so zombies get pwned when they get in contact with it (yeah not yet possible).
or
not a weapon at all, but a platform which keeps flying in the air 24/7 and can move at my will

Toru Fujisawa (If I wrote him wrong -> I mean the mangaka of GTO) has better drawing skills than OhGreat, but I think both of them are good...

Oh Great does excel at one important aspect of drawing manga: kineticism. Where people are moving, they feel like they're moving. There's far too many artists who draw pretty characters who feel static, even in the middle of fight scenes.

This carries over into his layout -- he's good at at making the direction of motion carry the eye of the reader to the next panel or place of focus. Which is more important than most people think. (Witness the popularity of Fruits Basket as a gateway manga -- but that's a whole 'nother dissertation.)

Also, when he's on, he's good with making sure the faces of the cute characters, both girls and boys, actually, yanno, cute. Which should be appreciated.

lol, we're talking about totally different people. Did you not notice that I repeatedly said I was speaking of Oh Great? As in, the guy who does Ikki Tosen and Tenjo Tenge and Air Gear, not the one who does Zombie Renkin? Sato Shoji's art is about average.

either way the interessting thing you see is how ppl can change theyr attitude in crazy situations like these.For example you can recognise the natural leaders and scared pussys.Which is very similar to gantz.

Too bad there's not a pinch of character development in this manga so far. Every character's just the same as when they were introduced.

Gantz, and especially Battle Royale, have far better char. dev. in disaster situations than this manga.
