Thread: What kind of method of download does users in Stoptazmo use?

Hi,

I was a regular Manga downloader of this site.. And why do I say "was"? That's cos I've just recently moved to Germany to study.. As you may already know, in Germany it's illegal to download torrent's file, emule, etc. The person caught downloading this kind of "illegal" things would be demanded to pay a fine of more than 2000 euro or would be imprisoned for the least of 3 years in jail (or so I've heard).. That's why it concerns me (it really does) whether this site provides download of Manga in a legal way or not.. Really, all I want to do is just sit relaxed in front of my own computer, reading manga (or downloading then read it afterwards), without suddenly having the police come over to my place and confiscate my computer

Say, when I push the "Download" button and then the message box pops up asking for the location I want my "soon-to-be" zip file to be saved, that's not torrent download, is it? I know how torrent works, how we download the file and at the same time seeding it too for other people, how we need a torrent client to manage a torrent link or so. But the possibility of getting caught makes me stop thinking rationally.. And that's also the main reason why I posted my uncertainty directly on Stoptazmo..

We do not have any torrent downloads. All our files are legal and freely found on other websites.
