I will investigate this tonight and replace it if there is an issue. Though I notice sometimes the Manga translators corrupt the file. I will have an update tonight though.

The file in the ZIP is corrupt. The file was only renamed by us as it was a .zip file when downloaded but after redownloading it from the translators page 40 is fine. The chapter has been replaced.
