Thread: Unable to download

7. It seems like nothing will download, but I've tried Bleach, Shaman King, Fruit's Basket, Fullmetal Alchemist and Death Note.
8. It gives me a time out error.
9. Yes it gives me an error.

Also, I've tried disabling my firewall. I really have no idea what to do and this has been going on at least a week. I don't know when it started exactly because I have just started visiting the site again recently.

Your IP is not blocked. Are you still having problems? Everything seems fine on the server side.

The only explanation I can come up with is your port is blocked for some reason on my internet. Which sucks because there isn't anything I can do about it. Can you tell me what port number the downloads are on just to be sure?

All downloads are through port 80. I'd suggest pinging "mirror2.stoptazmo.com" and if you get Ping Timeout you contact your ISP asking why they are blocking connections or are not permitting traffic to the network our server is on. I wish I could do more but the block is not on our end.

If you cannot visit http://ecatel.net/ then the issue is with your ISP's routing tables and you should contact them to correct things.
