The issue is with our upstream Ecatel being disconnected by their bandwidth carriers due to abuse issues. They were terminated and as a result are offline to portions of the world, although in the past few days they've got bandwidth via resellers. It takes a while for routes to update. There is a huge thread over on another hosting forum that is already over 12 pages. As of now Ecatel hopes to have things resolved by Monday since almost no one is working on the weekend.
