Yuph with Internet Explorer

Yuph but it only says the 404 - Forbiden
What I've encountered is 403 - Forbiden

Nope

8. The EXACT problem!
When I clicked on the download link, it turns out to be some what blank page and has the writting 403 - Forbidden

9. Have you tried right clicking the file and pressing "save target as"?
I did and its still doesn't work..
The save data is .php and I can't open the data
