hey im an idiot so i cant seem to find out how to have my own avatar, would someone be able to go through the steps necessary for getting 1.

who is this jyuu character is it the nazi moderator or something coz i keep doing silly things and ppl comment on how jyuu bans ppl for such idiocy etc hehe guess i have been lucky
