Thread: Mislabelled Chapter and missing files

Heyas,
File 09 from Volume 04 of Detective Conan is mislabeled; the file is actually File 07 from the Book. Also, Files 08 and 09 of the volume are missing.

Just thought I would raise this, I didn't see a specific thread for reporting things like this.

Volume 05 File 04 is missing too.

...and all of Volume 14 isnt there.

Detective Conan Volume 16 File 10 page 10 is mislabeled, should be page 20 instead.

Volume 43 Chapter 06 is missing too.

Er... since this thread doesn't seem to have been noticed [I think it's because I keep 'replying' when i find another problem], I might make a new post and compile all the errors I find.
