help i have problem downloading school rumble's chapters
the problem is when i tried to download it,
it suddenly stopped in the middle of the process.
so i only got corrupt file

I know I shouldn't be saying this because you didn't read the rules, but...

...how do you expect someone else to help you if your computer stopped downloading? Did you even bother to try downloading again?

I believe that Jyuu, Hell, and CPR don't ban anymore, and I haven't seen Kane do it in ages either. The usual punishment is asking why the rules haven't been read and if the person responds, it's usually either that they have - ...which they haven't always - or they get embarrassed and realize their mistake.

...and with that said, I realize it's a bit too weird that the two of us post in here more than CPR-sama and Hell-sama do. This is shameful.

This is the thing Jyuu was talking about in his thread, people who just do not want to read the rules. They think "oh I have a (minor) problem, I can't be bothered to search or read the FAQ, I'll just post anyway and let them sort out my problems." And that REALLY pisses me off!

Hey, it annoys me too - have you ever been to Download Requests? =P It's just as bad there at times. And this annoys me too - but there's nothing we can do about it, ne~ This is an issue for the Help mods and for the idiots who don't bother to read the rules and consider the fact that other people don't exist to help them with every little thing. ^_^
