As far as I know, those chapters haven't been scanlated yet. They jump from volume 7 or 8 to 10 - a separate group did the two later chapters due to the fact that earlier ones are about to be released in volumes. There's nowhere to find those chapters.

Well, actually, I made a bit of a mistake - only volume 9 chapters are not available. I posted volumes 7 and 8 in links in the Host Club subforum, where a number of the missing chapters are available. ^_^
