8. The EXACT problem! "Help can't download!" does not do anything for us.
Give us details.

I right click and save target as, and the file loads instantly and is only 601KB in size, and of course as I go to open it, hoping that it just means the folder is small, bam, it's broken and wont unzip

We really ought to add a new question to that list, "Have you tried downloading it again?".

I think we should add a new topic to the FAQs:

"My file is corrupted/will not unzip properly."

A: "Your problem, not ours."

...Wait, I could swear that IS a question.

But what if Kane accidentally uploads a corrupt file (it has happened before), then it is our problem.

Well, then someone else checks. In 99.9% of cases, it's the user's fault, though.
