uh.. im a bit confues with the sig max size thing....

i was working on a sig with the right deminsions 650X200 and it was coming allong really nice. then i had an idea of making another one with the 650X200 pic u used in the thread saying only 650X200 and basicly i was going to take that and shit all over it

but
i noticed that the size on that pic was 649X199 maybe im just retarded (Most likily) but should i erase a pizel wide line from my sig and use it or can it stay at the 650X200

im retarded and confused (650X200 or 649X199?)
