Understanding the site

Hi guys! I´m new here, so its not so much as i have a problem... but more like i´m wondering how the site works.

I already got the collor scheme thing, my doubt is about the latest download list. Going through it i found some titles wich i can´t find on the list of mangas, like dragon quest for instance. I was wondering where are these titles. Also, will they eventually be put up in this list?

Oh, another thing, these latest download list shows the latest user downloads or the latest uploaded contents.
