Yes and I could not find an answer

What happens if you run "ping mirror1.stoptazmo.com" from the command line? (Start -> Run -> cmd.exe > ping mirror1.stoptazmo.com)?

Do you get ping timeouts? There are no server issues.

I just asked someone about this ... it seems FDC is under a huge DDOS attack, and many people are currently blocked while they try to filter. I'd try again tomorrow with your downloads or contact abuse@fdc.

Yes, it seems so. I tried connecting using a proxy and it worked just fine. I've sent an email to abuse@fdcservers.net. Thank you for your help.
