8. Downloaded the file tried to open it in winzip and got an error message saying the file was not a valid archive. tried to redown load and kept getting the same message.

How is your post going to help us find the file that "might" have something wrong with it?

i tried at least three and got the same problem 259-261 where what i tried before giving up on it

There are no problem with any of those files. The problem is on your end.
