Thread: Downloading problems

8. I log in to my account and try to download Naruto/Bleach but it brings me to a page that says "you must be a member to download from this mirror". The problem is that im already logged in. I tried to log out and log back in but that dosn't do anything.

I searched for the answer but could not find anything. Im sorry for disturbing you but if anyone could help i would be very greatful.

Sounds like there is a problem with cookies. Try another browser or try clearing your cache/cookies?

I tried to clear my cookies and caches but it is still not working. Any other suggestions?
