8. The EXACT problem! "Help can't download!" does not do anything for us. Give us details.

Wenever i try to open the file using Winrar, i get a message saying the file is either a multy part or corrupt zip file. I've had no problems opening and extracting the other chapters.

9. Have you tried right clicking the file and pressing "save target as"?
