Well.. I *think* I have the similar problem as mentodan [I'd post the link but I cant].. But there's no answer since he didn't follow the right format.

6. Are you using a download manager?
Nope. Unless you count the built-in DL manager in Firefox/Lolifox

8. The EXACT problem! "Help can't download!" does not do anything for us. Give us details.
My download ends prematurely. It says "Download Finished" even if it doesn't reach 100%. I don't think my internet connection has a problem..

9. Have you tried right clicking the file and pressing "save target as"?
Yes, but still won't work.

Your connection is timing out, you will have to retry downloading. We have timeout values set to 60 seconds, so if you are not downloading from our server for 60 seconds, your connection is closed.
