Thread: The popups

well as this is my first time i have felt i had a need of post. but well.

on my school we have had new system updates ( f-secure anti virus). and well when i open one of the series download side i get a popup from the pogram, and im not fond of viruses. i might just be paranoid, but is there a chance to get viruses from the site ( on my home computer, as my laptop obviously blok out the virus).

im quite sure i am just paranoid, but if anyone could confirm that there are no danger it would be very much prefered .. Thank you in advance

What URL were you taken to?

i wasent taken to any URL.. i simply clicked a series.. koukou_debout in this case. and it opens link like it allways does on my home computer.. when site is loaded i get a popup from my antivirus saying the name of a fil and location on
my cpu and it says that it was a trojan, and the action taken the file was deleted.. i kind of feel stunned at that. as i have downloaded a lot from this site on my home computer and taken into account i could have attained a trojan everytime i enter a series i want to download, so i just want to know if i am being paranoid or at most know it is a harmless trojan.

If you got a popup, you were taken to a certain URL. We need to know that URL to report it to clicksor/paypopup. Like any site that has popup's or even banners, there is a risk of getting trojans and viruses. This is why all machines need anti-virus software.
