The Dissapearance of Suzumiya Haruhi.

A lot of people on other Haruhi forums find that if Haruhi Airs in April... it'll be a huge collection of coincedences

Now I get it. It's symbolic.

-Supposedly, the events of the current time in Haruhi is 2009.
-The awakening of Haruhi's powers occured in 2006 (when Haruhi anime premiered)
- Kyon talked to Haruhi for the first time in April
- April is the official start of spring (Haruhi means "spring day" in Japanese.
-Melancholy book comes to US in April

I bet that the anime premieres before or after golden week

That Haruhi thing... god knows the first time I read it (i think '07 lol). I hope that whatever station it's on lists the timeslot as "no broadcast" or some such, just to have Haruhi pop in at like *:00:02 and yell "YOU BETTER WATCH OR HEADS'LL ROLL!!" and start the show.

Haruhi has been confirmed for April.

Although, knowing KyoAni, it could be April 2020 for all we know...

I've reed the manga, was quite interesting but short.... man if I knew there was gonna be an anime I wouldn't have reed the manga... ah well lol.

Woot! Mitsuru Adachi's Cross Game gets an anime! The manga just won best shounen series of 2008 at the Shogakukan Manga Awards recently too.

Hatsukoi Gentei looks interesting. I wonder if it'll be a re-telling, an adaptation, or a continuation of Hatsukoi Limited?

Winter Sonata! In anime form! This will either be really good, or really terrible, considering the huge impact and popularity of the drama.

*blink* I can't believe that Queen's Blade is coming out as an anime. Chances are it'll turn out like Utawarerumono or Koihime+Musou, since they're also H-game adaptations with large amounts of female-on-female combat.

Hmm... chances are I'll probably be following one of the new historical/fantasy epic-adventure stories. Maybe Pandora Hearts or Guin Saga, or Senjou no Valkyria, or Tears to Tiara. Or maybe even Queen's Blade, if the fanservice level doesn't get over the top. And Haruhi, of course, whenever it comes out.

And they are going to make OVA's for Code Geass I heard ;p But will it be this spring - unlikely.

Funny as Hatuskoi got cancelled and yet their animating it. I'm watching this one and I'm hoping it doesn't end the same way the manga did.

I haven't read the whole list yet (just saw the pic) but Haruhi, FMA, Saki and Cross game are on top of my list of to anime to watch on spring. ^^

Hatsukoi Gentei is an adaptation of Hatsukoi Limited, supposedly. I did find it weird that they cancelled the series just before announcing an anime.

The only one I'm likely to watch is Cross Game, though I'm mildly interested in how Natsu no Arashi or Hanasekeru Seishounen will turn out -- and just how close they can get to the latter manga's art style and still stay within budget.
