I have no idea how they are gonna pull off Winter Sonata as an anime. The drama blew my sad value away, so depressing, koreans sure can get sadistic.
Other than that pretty much FMA obviously
07-Ghost the manga was interesting, but they never released enough of it.
Rainbow, Eden of the East, Phantom, Hatsuko Gentei (Wished the manga lasted longer) are the rest of the stuff that could be pretty gems.
Funny how FMA gets a good anime just as a friend of mine convinces me to TRY watching anime again. Fuck. Yes.
Uh, if I were to watch anything else it'd be that Cobra thing (I forget the English name) and Hatsukoi Limited (which will probably suck, although the manga was good).
Winter Sonata? I WONDERED why that sounded familiar! Meh, I'd rather watch the drama first. It WAS supposed to be really good, though. Damn, we need a drama thread here. (I thought one of those anime was Bloody Monday for a moment. ^^;; Too excited over that drama.)
Gonna watch "Pocket Full of Rainbows" just because "Pocket Full of Rainbows" is such a badass title.
Winter Sonata, moar Haruhi reruns (hoepfully in HD), dunno what else is of significance.
Spring anime 2009 version 3 is out with lots more new anime to watch :P
I did find version 2 but it's redundant now lol.
K-On and Cross game for sure.
Not sure about anything else at this point...
Anyone watch Sky Crawler yet? I've downloaded it but have yet to try it out.
Looking good, with version 1 I was under the impression that I woulnd have much to watch, but at least now there are a few more interesting series (sods law they won't all be translated though).
There are so many that look good or ok, I'll have to watch a bunch of first eps and judge from there.
FMA (For obvious reasons)
Souten Kouro (Cao Cao)
Eden of the East (Seems interesting)
Sengoku Basra (Game was cool)
K-On (Looks fun)
Shangri-La (Premise seems cool, but it's Gonzo)
Cross Game (manga is cool. Will watch unless animation fails)
Rainbow(Manga is good)
Basquash! (Robots playing basketball?)
Dragonball Kai (let it die please)
Add Sengoku Basara to that list.
