Yes, yes true true... I hope no one dies before it's released though xD

^ you guys are talking about DSH (Dissapearance of Suzumiya Haruhi) right?
I'm confused who do you think would die before it's release?

well i think they mean someone of the VAs dying irl and thus preventing the series completely or prolonging the wait while a prominent-yet-never-capable-of-proper-replacement VA is found to take the spotlight.

Just saw Toradora. Animation is excellent, story seems somewhat interesting, and the show is kinda funny. I'll probably watch it till it goes bad, if that happens.

...Okay, I've totally given up anime in favour of dramas, but... I'm a sucker for Victorian-era stuff (as DGM would prove)... so maybe I'll see if Hakushaku to Yousei gets subbed. It'll probably suck, but... well...~ (Not sure what to think of Kuroshitsuji. English butler stuff vs. shotaconyaoi... hmmm... Does the former win?)
If I do start, Casshern SINS looks kinda badass too, in the sense that I might think of it more as a regular movie and not a shitty manga adaptation. Same goes for Chaos;head. For some reason, my anime dislike does not apply to things in this general genre, and I've been pleased enough with what I've seen from Madhouse to have something to make up for the lack of psychological dramas this fall. Actually, you know what? I'll see what Madhouse does. There isn't enough action to make up for losing Code Blue AND Maou this fall.
Am I really bored tonight to actually think of this? Heck yes.
(Okay, okay, I was spoiled with two AWESOME non-romantic dramas this summer and seeing nothing as good for the fall, I'll look at some of those badass anime. I'm not into it again. :3)
Wow, still lots of crap, though.
edit: Is that a Switch OAV I see? Switch? Like... that seinen series... do want kthx.

Hmmm... watched Hyakko and Akane Iro ni Somaru saka so far. Looks okay. Hyakko seems to be more like Manabi Straight than anything else - that girl just happened to be a normal first year, rather than student council president. Not much overt humour - the character interactions are interesting, but it's not gag-a-minute craziness like Minami-ke or AzuDai. A little slow to suck you in, but at least worth watching a couple of episodes to see if it gets any better.
Akane-iro seems to be standard shounen harem show, with fairly interesting characters and a spy/secret agent subtext in the background. Animation isn't brilliant, but it's acceptable. Likewise for characters. Actually, pretty much the entire setting is "average", so can't say much yet. May turn out better, may turn out worse. So far, decent watching.
@ Digi: I've heard that Casshern:SINS makes absolutely no sense, but Kuroshitsuji has a darker, more action-based plot and setting than expected. From what I can tell, the whole feel of the series reminds me somewhat of D-Gray man.

With more yaoi, I'm guessing?but Kuroshitsuji has a darker, more action-based plot and setting than expected. From what I can tell, the whole feel of the series reminds me somewhat of D-Gray man.Hmmm... sounds very interesting indeed. :3
