Thread: Bored...Any good paranormal/horror/mystery manga I should read?

Death Note is a great detective story, where the main character is basically committing genocide with the help of a death note, the books death gods use to kill people, and he has a battle of wits with the legendary L, who is known by three different aliases, so he is actually the three greatest detectives in the world.

biomeat. not so sure if you'll like it. I can't say it's good or bad. it's fucked up though.

Parasyte is very good, I'm reading biomeat right now, it's alright, almost like a generic zombie story though.

parasite is awesome. The mangaka is awesome in general. Biomeat wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't elementary school kids.

It seems pretty good to me. I liked the first volume a bit more than the consequent ones though, probably because the violence was more hard-hitting.

I third (?) Monster. Possibly the best mystery/thriller manga that man's ever conceived. You may as well watch the anime too, while you're at it.

Drifting Classroom is also not bad, but I don't remember if it's been completely scanlated.

High School of the Dead is just entertaining. Typical zombie plot with much fanservice.

Hell Girl and Ghost Stories. Those creeped me out xD
