the most emotional moment i have experienced in a manga is in the Mahō Sensei Negima! episode 25. this story is totally different from the manga but in the previous episode at the very end asuna dies. during this episode thy show her funeral and how everyone is dealing with it especially negi. i was crying throughout this entire episode pretty badly. the emotional pain he goes through is intense and not just him but everyone. thank god the last episode makes everything better again but this episode was one of a kind when i talk about emotional.

For me it would be the last 10 episodes of clannad after story.
I know the creators were trying to crack ones tear sac open with a crowbar there (like killing of the protagonist's wife and daughter), but it still really got to me.
