Berserk, in a manner of speaking, and Hellsing.
Oh, and Eden, definitely.
I beg to differ on this one. Gutts keeps getting friendlier and nicer as the series goes on. He was way more awesome at the beginning.Quote:

After some thought I would agree with berserk. Guts changes a bit back and forth in the manga, but it has a fair bit of revenge obsession, so to speak. Guts is very bad-ass and could be called "evil" at many times.
What I've read of Shamo does otherwise fit quite well. He's not evil in the manner of the word, but he is... Intimidating. I haven't read much of it though.
Battle Royale's protagonists (Shuuya and Noriko) aren't evil. Mitsuko and Kiriyama aren't exactly the protagonists.
Anne Freaks has a crazy female protagonist. As does Kilico.
