The True Tears OP and Spice and Wolf OP/ED from last season were quite decent, if I do say so myself.

My absolute all time favourites would have to be:
- D.N.Angel (BGM, both OST's never ceases to amaze me!)
- Full Metal Panic (all season's OP/ED)
- Ouran High School Host Club (only liked the BGM's didn't really appreciate the OP or ED)
and funny enough I really like some of the OP/ED's from selected Digimon seasons.....

There's a lot that I liked but Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny ruled them all... its the 1st and only anime that I downloaded all the songs.

Love Hina's yakusoku and winter wish is not bad too.

Dunno if game is accepted but I liked the suteki da ne in FFX and 1000 words in FFX-2

"Ore Wa Omae o Koete Iku!" from One Piece. you can hear it in episode 309 when luffy pounded lucci, as well as in movie 8 when he delivered the finishing blow. it feels so inspirational....

"Never Meant to Belong" Bleach OST. the violin piece felt like having a garrot string slowly slicing your heart.

I always liked Kare Kano's music for whatever reason. It just stuck in my head after I would watch an episode of it
