Default Recommend me something if you have good tastes!

Ok so I'll say my favorite mangas I've read:

    Gantz
    Strain
    20th Century Boys
    Japan Tengu Party
    Zetman
    Death Note
    Akira
    Blade of the Immortal

    some weirder stuff like:
    Tropical Citron
    Uncivilized Planet
    Freesia
    Dorohedro

I enjoyed both Videogirl Ai and I's but I'm not necessarily looking for that kind of romance/ecchi thing or whatever only if it was really good.

Hommunculus and MPD Psycho were both good but I thought the plots started getting kind of iffy after awhile.

If you got any good recommendation's please post them.

I've read a little of Yakitake Japan and alot of Samurai Deeper Kyo, but I wouldn't say they compare too well with most of the ones I've listed. I'm looking to avoid most of the typical commercial manga plot lines. AKA: Guy ends up in odd situation so he can have a long drawn out romance with multiple women or guy strives to be the best at whatever and competes with unrealistic exaggerated characters like Yakitake Japan or any of the other ones in that vein.

Try out Monster. It's by the creator of 20th Century Boys and in some aspects greater, although 20th Century Boys is stranger and mor interesting. Should earn a place among your favorites if I've understood your taste correctly.

Also Vagabond is an awesome manga about Miyamoto Musashi who often is called the greatest samurai through history. Awesome art, great storyline and great character development.

If you want something stranger I'd tell you to try National Quiz, but only if you've got an open mind. It's about a crazy gameshow that controls the politics of Japan. Very interesting stuff.

I really hate it when lovers of that kind of seinen manga assume their taste is good and anything else isn't :/ There's plenty of good manga out there that appeals to different audiences, but people aren't willing to try it.

Anyway, I'll recommend Manhole 'cause it's pretty cool, and Eternal Sabbath 'cause it's also cool.

Add Bukorano to that if you like Narutaru.
