So just pick one/some /many /all mangas you know give them a rating from 1-10 and if you feel like it a small explenation why.

One of the best manga i've read. Great character development, great(AMAZING) artwork, and solid plot.

Another great manga. Once again, like Vagabond, the characters make the story. The artwork is unusual but unique imo.

*Vinland Saga

From what i've seen, this manga's pretty darn good. The artwork is very, very nice (the snow in the 2nd chapter looks friggin beautiful); the fight scenes are awesome and i can see what's going on (unlike BLAME!). The reason i give an "OR" is because the scanslations haven't progressed far enough to get deeper into the story.

Series i'd been reading since i was 13. I can't decide on whether or not i love or hate them, but i've already come this far in the story, and it feels like they're both about to end.

Pretty cool art [just look at the female characters lol]. I just couldn't into the story for whatever reason.

Okay, fine, just four:

Yostuba&! - 10, because Yotsuba pwns EVERYONE.

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - 10 - because it is the best graphic novel/comic strip I have ever read. Yes, better than Calvin & Hobbes, better than Watchmen, better than Persopolis. And waaaay better than FMA.

Omukae Desu. - 8 - Not exactly great drama, and very episodic, but the characters are quite likeable and I've yet to regret the time spent rereading this.

Hikkatsu! Strike a Blow to Vivify - 7 - Stupid premise, dumb hero, idiot heroine, but, dude, she was raised by pigeons. And goes around wearing a pigeon on her head. And she knows pigeon kung fu. Manga insanity like that overcomes a lot of schtoopidities. "Secret Fist of the Pigeon! One-legged Pigeon Torpedo Attack!" FTW! Or a partial win, anyway.

Oh Boy! What a great chance to inflate my ego...again!

@echo: A couple different groups did the scans of YKK. The best place for DDL of all the different versions is here (scroll down past all the boring yuri links). The MangaProject version is the best for the first half, until they gave up for some reason.

@zaephyr: So far as I know, no one. I'm reading the licensed version (2 volumes of 3 are out in the States).

Well pseudo, I'm skimming through the first volume, and i'm not impressed. where's the bad guys? where's the killing?!?!?!

haha no im kidding. I've only read the first chapter, but it seems too different to compare to FMA. It's a great manga though, I'll agree with you there.

Of course : Hunter X Hunter : 10 (the greatest ever)
Tengen Toppa Gurren lagoon : 9.5 (best mecha manga ever , better than Gundam)
FMA:9.5 (very sweet emotional story , but still with great action )
