    Default Teacher-student romance mangas?

Recently I've renewed my interest in shoujo mangas after a stint with seinen and action mangas, and I've found that I've completely fallen in love with those teacher-student romance series. I don't know, but I find them incredibly addicting, and was hoping for some series recommendations?

edit: doesn't have to be shoujo (: Can be of any genre.

the only one I can think of that isn't hentai. Is teachers pet and that one is real smutty. Oh wait, there's also Onegai Teacher, but is it classified as shoujo?

Unfortunately, my knowledge of shoujo teacher-student romances is deplorably low. Would you mind accepting some shounen/comedy-romances instead?

Unbalance x Unbalance has one of the best ones I know of. Unfortunately, it's shounen rather than shoujo (with all the usual fanservice that implies), and it's manhwa to boot. Still, I think it's well worth a read. Rather slow-developing, though.

Gokusen and Great Teacher Onizuka both have students falling in love with their teachers. One is shoujo, the other is shounen. Both are about bikers/yakuzas leaving their past behind to teach a troublemaking high school class.

There's also a few short stories in Salad Days that deal with teacher-student romances, but it'll probably be difficult to isolate them among the rest. (The ones I'm thinking of is Futaba's love for Shuuto sensei, the one about the ugly teacher, and the one about the student newspaper editor making up a false story).

If you want a heavy dose of comedy mixed in, I suggest Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (either manga or anime). A teacher whose sole purpose in life seems to be to find despair in everything and attempt to kill himself, and the class of girl students whose lives he changes inadvertently in these attempts. It's more comedy than romance, but there's occasional romantic elements.

    -Dizzy-
Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

It's a bit of a parody of both shonen and shojo. There is pantyshots involved, but those are only used in the sake of parodizing the use of them. If you get what I'm saying.

    ...Mahou Sensei Negima!, anyone? XD

I don't know if the extra chapters from Ouran Koukou Host Club have been scanlated, but they tell a story of a teacher-student romance. Both the girl and her teacher act like really nice people on the outside, yet they actually have terrible personalities, and he blackmails her into helping him with random chores when he finds out that secret. It's quite good. ^_^

Actually, Gokusen is josei, not shoujo. (Thus the clean artwork.) Which makes the story all the more startling, actually.

For a shoujo series, the best I've seen is Sensei! by the same mangaka of Koukou Debut. Especially for the friends, which are as every bit as entertaining as in Koukou Debut, though the snarky teacher is also a plus. Most of the others have their fetishes as annoying as shounen fanservice.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

Actually I should edit my first post: It can be of any genre, just some kind of student-teacher romance. I'm just looking for more of that forbidden relationship kind of thing.

    haha XD
