Test Full Metal Alchemist. It sounds like you'd like it.

Yotsuba&!, Azumanga Diaoh, and Koukou Debut.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

Hmm... strange. Your favourite series seem to be shoujo romantic dramas (Lovely Complex, Hot Gimmick, Alice 19th), but then you go to psychological (Death Note) and shounen action/adventure (Naruto, Bleach, Gintama).

So I'll just recommend a few more based on the same genres.

    Shoujo romantic dramas:

Hana Yori Dango is about Makino Tsukushi, a middle-class girl in an ultra-elite rich high school. She's just trying to remain invisible, not cause trouble and graduate without a fuss, but when the F4 - the four richest and most eligible boys in the school - begin to pick on her friend, she loses her temper and kicks the leader of the F4, Doumyouji Tsukasa. Unfortunately for Tsukushi, Doumyouji falls for her. But Tsukushi herself likes another member of the F4! Thus begins one of the most well-loved shoujo romances of all time. (Scanlations are complete. Similar to Hot Gimmick, though far superior.)

From Far Away tells the story of Tachiki Noriko, an ordinary high school girl who suddenly gets whisked away into an unknown fantasy world, where she nearly gets eaten by monsters before a tall man saves her. The man, Izark, quickly brings her away to safety, while wondering whether she is The Awakening - the mysterious being who is supposed to awaken the Sky Demon, the most powerful and dangerous creature of all. The armies of the world are hunting for the Awakening, and Izark himself has pledged to kill it. Can Noriko, with the help of Izark, learn to adapt to her strange new world and one day find her destiny? (Completely scanlated, similar to Alice 19th).

And I'm seconding most of what the others said to you: Koukou Debut, Ouran High School Host Club (found here as "Host Club") and Fruits Basket are all excellent shoujo series. If you want more of this sort, you can also try Penguin Brothers, Hana-Kimi (a.k.a. Hanazakari no Kimitachi e), Kare Kano, Beauty is the Beast, Mekakushi no Kuni, Parfait Tic, and lots more.

    Shounen action/adventure:

One Piece is about Monkey D. Luffy, who has eaten the Gomu Gomu Devil Fruit and has the ability to turn his body into rubber. He also has a dream of becoming the next Pirate King and finding the ultimate hidden treasure, the One Piece. With that dream in mind, he sets out on a journey to assemble a crew, a pirate ship, and gain fame and fortune on the high seas. (400+ chapters and still going, similar to Naruto)

Flame of Recca starts when Hanabishi Recca, a high school boy who tries to be a ninja, meets Sakashita Yanagi, a girl from the same school who is in danger. Saving her from a bully, he pledges to serve her as a ninja to a princess, and reveals his secret to her... Recca has the ability to control flames from his body, as a descendant of the long-forgotten Hokage ninja clan. Yanagi too has a special ability - she can miraculously heal wounds. But strange enemies are after both Recca and Yanagi - enemies that have weapons created by the Hokage, which give supernatural abilities to their users. (Scanlations complete, similar to Bleach)

And yes, the ones above which belong to this genre include Full Metal Alchemist, HunterxHunter, and Katekyo Hitman Reborn (sorta). You can also try Shaman King, D-Grayman, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Black Cat, Rurouni Kenshin, Rave Master and Fairy Tail.

    Psychological:

Spiral (Suiri no Kizuna) is about Narumi Ayumu, a high school boy who is brother to the world-famous genius detective, Narumi Kiyotaka. Unfortunately, Kiyotaka disappeared a long time ago, and Ayumu's high school life is suddenly interrupted with disasters and murders in his school. He learns that these are the result of a group of people called the Blade Children, and somehow his brother was involved with them. Now, Ayumu has to track down who these Blade Children are, what their link is to his brother, and why they are suddenly disturbing the peace. (Similar to Death Note)

Other psychological series include Monster, 20th Century Boys, etc.

    -Dizzy-
Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

You need to go back and read the rules.

I'll also second D.Gray-Man, Ouran Koukou Host Club, and Fairy Tail, and recommend Kekkaishi, Skip Beat, School Rumble, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Nana, Karin, and Goong. You will probably enjoy those...
