almost everybody hated him (even katou hated him, he threatened and choked the kid) and almost nobody wants to help him, his only skill is to make other people angry and annoyed (it is like having an annoying little brother).

I mean the other skill, well maybe both skills . He killed innocent little kitten in the street for his sparing partner. The reason he's still in gantz is that he know what happened since he never get out of gantz and Kurono is smart enough to bring him alive, since maybe he'll talk 1 or 2 about gantz,that they don't know.

but I don't want nishi or izumi change their attitude, if everyone is the same, it is going to be boring, The diversity makes gantz interesting.

Izumi regained his memory when he came back to the apartement. That was how he remembered the room with the motorbike and katanas which opened after the Black Ball opened.


It's funny to hear Izumi calling the team weak because they were the survivors of the Dino and Oni missions.

Anyway, we know that there are at least 4 Gantz teams: US, Germany, Japan and Israel, and from the way Nishi talked, it sounds like they would possibly get together to battle something. I am guessing he knew this things because of his website. However, it's curious as to when they knew of these teams and why they cared about making the Japanese team superior, after all Izumi left the Gantz team and Nishi sacrificed others to get his points. That doesn't sound like they were trying to make a team, much less a strong one.

I was under the assumption Izumi regained *some* of his memory-- However, after this conversation he without a question regained all of it-- Also, it seems that the concept of team is a necessity and Nishi and Izumi know it.

I expect to see a lot more "team" effort out of Nishi and Izumi. Or Oku will kill off Izumi out of nowhere in the next few mangas-- Just to keep people guessing.

Nishi and Izumi were teammates, but I suspect there was no real teamwork between them. Before his death, Nishi used the cloaking device to disappear and used his 'teammates' as baits to get the aliens to lower their guard. Not what I call working as a team. Similarly, Izumi's actions since the Dino mission where he expected to be the sole survivor, to the LotR and Tae mission showed that he fought for himself, killing his 'teammates' if he needed to. Even in the Oni mission he went alone. His motive in going back to Gantz was purely selfish.

However, it will be interesting how Oku writes the next story arc. I am guessing that they would be more inclined to work as a team now. Nishi hopefully learned his lesson when he got killed that not helping his teammates also meant that they would not help him in a trouble and Izumi hopefully realized that he was not invicible and would have died after being defeated by the Oni boss without Kurono et al..

Anyway, I am still pissed that Nishi got revived instead of Sakuraoka Sei, the Lara Croft girl. He'd better be useful the next time around.

This may be totally irrelevant, but anyone notice how all the unnecessary nudity has just suddenly disappeared? Haha. I didn't even noticed. It's almost like it's some sort of (unintentional) sign that Oku has become more focused with the story. Just an observation.

naah... he will probably keep introducing new girls into the team... or new people in the team, their girlfriends, their daily life etc... only too many ways to introduce nudity and sex.

I heard that: Oku is obsessed with big chested women, he is himself a loser in real life, like how Kurono was in the beginning (all alone, not getting any :P), and Oku had a girlfriend something like Tae (flat-chested and plain looking, which he doesnt like). Maybe Oku has become more focused with the story because he's getting more than usual? :P XD lol

Maybe he has a big-chested girlfriend now. That could explain why he's taking breaks...

Ps: a flat-chested and plain looking girlfriend is not a girlfriend. It's justa a friend.

Haha. You're probably right; although, will he ever be able to top the creepy dog thing?

Most Japanese women are flat chested. This is the reason there are many big breasted women in manga. It's just what they want more of but lack. Flat chestedness is mostly due to them staying too healthy.

Eating rice and fish or whatever everyday and doing around 2 hours of school activities ~6 days a week. Boobs = fat. If you don't eat enough fat you won't grow boobs.

Must throw in a question here:

Are we sure that Nishi is actually a member of the team?

I know he got revived, but it seems to me that for the most part the teams are limited in number, so if he was excess, he may not be a member.

Okay, so why does he remember Gantz? Well, we all know how Gantz is not only lazy, but randomly changes rules every so often...
