they only change frequencies only to be able to get invisible to each other...each gantz costume has the same frequency as the other..changing one makes you invisible..that's why the bitch boy at the start could turn invisible,that's why izumi could turn invisible and why Kei could be invisible to the three gantzers who wanted to kill Tae
