Characters that resemble characters from other series-
The captain of the karate team looked like Ryu, but got his ass beat
Countryside General also resembles Ryu, or Akira from Virtua Fighter
The Lara Croft girl, well, Lara Croft
The Sniper in the Temple mission reminded me of Golgo 13, and his name is Togo, the same as Duke Togo of Golgo 13
and this one really doesn't count, but Homo's stalker reminded me of Violet from The Incredibles.
Are there any missed?
The panda from Tekken 3 ?
well, it seems to be just a panda, a small panda.

I can see most of those, although I think the Terry Bogard one is stretching it, and I'm still unsure of the Yamazaki one.
Another that has been mentioned is the "Ring Aliens" looking like Nazgul from the recent movie version of Lord of the Rings.
I think Inaba is a desintegration of Spike or Mugen ( I couldn't tell him apart from those people during the hunt for Tae and he got incredibly pissed at Kei for no reason ) or any other ultra cool character known worldwide along those lines ( hence the desintegration, just look at what he's in for on 199 ). Maybe he was also supposed to be Terry Bogard after all, but a cap alone isn't convincing.
Everyone forgot to mention that one of the cover-girls was the girl from Lupin the III.(I always forget her name)
Inaba is in almost no way like Mugen. Mugen was confident, strong, and he deserved being called strong and a leader. Inaba on the other hand was a sissy, and he has sex with a man in a shopping mall (my GOD that sounds sick).
Thus he is a send up of the Mugen type. As he tries to be all cool like Mugen, but is just a jerk, and a lame one.
