Not quite right, remember that Ryu just traveled around looking for the main reason of what a true Fighter is, while Muscle Raider (someone knows his real name?) just goes around looking for strong fighter to fight, he is more like Goku than Ryu, it's true that Ryu gets to fight a lot, with a lot of people, but none of the those fight he started them, on the contrary, he always tried to avoid them, cuz he know there's is no better match won than the one that is not fought.

I think muscle raider - kaze is more like Paul in "Tekken" or vice versa,
especially in Tekken5 Paul can do this shoulder buldozer technique, also Paul looking for the strongest opponent to fight with and he looks like paul.

isn't that muscle rider is just another parody (tomb raider & sadako) of the famous masked rider? no?
