Thread: Why does Kei Feel no hatred for Izumi.

after they returned i thought those to were going to dish it out in the room. After the first time when Nishi let all those people die Kato got pretty mad but all kae did was resolve to revive his friends. Is this a result of a change of character for kei, not wanting to further the bloodshed and kill another human or was it because he was to upset at the loss of Tae to want to kill Izumi.

I thought Kei was going to turn his sadness into hatred and pummel Izumi, so I was surprised that it didn't turn out that way. Kei found someone who he really grew to care about and who made him feel like he wasn't alone anymore. Kei seeing Tae die right in front of him was a terribly powerful thing to happen to someone like him. Kei tried to protect Tae, but he probably knew that the others who didn't object to killing a human being would try to do anything to do anything to just get the points and complete the mission and would have the overwhelming advantage, especially Izumi who doesn't give a sh*t about anyone else.
In the end when they went back to the room you could see that Kei wasn't even thinking about Izumi. Kei was in a state of disbelief. He even went to the front hallway to check if Tar was there.

(I don't think Kei would have a chance agaist Izumi even if they did have a one on one fight. When Izumi fought that alien in the classroom he wasn't even wearing a suit and was doing a pretty decent job.)

Kurono is in deep shock that Tae is dead, even if at that moment he wanted to kill Izumi he probably couldn't. Doesn't mean he shows no hatred. Kurono might even envy Izumi, to be able to kill so easily and not feel remorse.

who said he doesnt hate izumi... but at that time he's prolly too lost in his own thoughts to care what anyone else is doing.

Yeah, he does hate Izumi... hes just in so much grief that nothing else matters right now

yep, even after that. he's not the type to kill, thats why we'd expect him to die before Izumi.

Yup... im looking forward what would happened between Izumi and Kurono after this.... as we mention, both of them gonna be a dangerous rival among theirself.... Im really coulnt wait for the next chapter
