Thread: gantz ending confirmation (anime)-spoiler

i just downloaded all the subs and finished watching it. what the hell happened???? ok someone said gantz got out out and was in the subway and was walking around in the end, end but i didn't see it and desperately need confirmation. kurono went head on with a train at the end and why wasn't there any blood or body parts after the train ran by. did he get transported. and why did that chick get transported with him and repaired with him after she died. can anyone find an answer or give me good theroies. i dont know about any of you but the episode i saw left pretty much everything in the air.

The anime makers copped out the ending. sorry. The last 4 episodes were a sham.

The anime ending is not the real ending. It was just put together to end the anime.

If you want ALL the gore and sex, you either have to

A. buy the DVDs or
B. search around for the uncut versions of the episodes.

OMG!!! I didn´t noticed that. But even now I don´t get an answer. Ok Kuruno seems not to be hit by train (you would see blood and so on), but what happened to him then? I think there is no general answer, is there?
My first thought was, that Kuruno won, that he beat Gantz, because he could stop the killing and save the last person who lived, and has sent away the murder kid (don´t know his name), the real enemy. Maybe these things were the "real" tasks to finish the mission. So Gantz proofed them. At the end he says "GANTZ...BANG, BANG ,BANG" or something like that, so this is maybe to show that he had beaten Gantz. And the black ball disappears out of the appartment. Maybe to show that it´s over. But if I´m right, I still don´t know what happened then. Why did Kuruno disappear, too?

The last anime episodes were all a bunch of BS that really pisses me off when i actually think about it. The only thing that i got from the ending was that gantz might have transported him back to the room in time to get away from train or whatever. I don't think that girl lived though. At the end it may leave an opening to a sequel for season 3 but there is not enough indication or even mention so who knows.

Thats why no one like the ending. they read the manga.

as far as the anime goes its a

Fake ending, Fake ending, Fake ending

the ending is all metaphorical, lots of holes, and doesnt really close the story in any solid way.

thats it. its a fake ending. your not gonna get real satisfaction out of it.

the anime shortchanges the full story, since the manga is ongoing...there is no way the author would use whatever "real" ending he may have in mind for gantz story.
