Thread: Action Figures

I was thinking today about Gantz action figures... and it doesn't seem such a bad idea (actually, I think it'd be awesome). I'm not a action figure collector, but if there're ever Gantz action figures, I'd buy them all. I'd like to see Kurono, Kato, Kishimoto, Nishi, Izumi, Sakata, Old Man - you know, all the "main" characters. What do you think?

i got about 20 gundam figures (american and japanese) and 4 yu yu hakusho figures around my desk. But I could always use some gantz, but are we talking about the posible figures or the inaction figures?

I dont think the Kishimoto doll will me able to stand

I would only get the 12" dolls, and only if they were made to scale, and only if they collectable. Oh yeah I would only get the dolls of the female characters

I don't think they'd ever make action figures. It'd be probably much easier to see garage kits. Action figures are usually aimed at younger audiences, which is something Gantz wasn't made for.

But I also have never seen anything like that. I wonder if they've released any official garage kits.

actually a Gantz ball would be really cool. All that have to do is paint over the white on a magic eight ball.

maybe if i were ten i'd buy them.

I'd buy a Gantz ball, but I'm more a wallscroll person.

I probably wouldn't buy action figueres, but i'd probably be interested in statues. you know, that re-create a part of the manga. you could have the gantz ball open, kato crushing one of the robot/birds, kurono getting done in by the chibi aliens. I'd get those.

I think "action figures" wasn't the correct word. I mean, I wasn't talking about playable toys... meh.
