Got 2 ideas here...

1) How awesome would it be if Kurono becomes the next gantz target? <I know I posted this idea before but I didn't get too much response. Probably becoz every1 was discussing the original topic, unlike me>

2) Will Kurono forget about his relationship with Tae once he is set free? He met her during his time as a hunter. So therefore when he's free, he should only see Tae as a classmate since option 1 grants you freedom plus having your memeries of gantz erased.

Exactly: "the memories of GANTZ". He may have been a hunter, but his memories of Tae aren't GANTZ-included. We don't know if he'll forget her.

it wouldnt be nice to remove all of Kurono's memories. but if it happened then Rieka would have a shoot at getting him, dont you think she would use it ?

nah I don't thik she'll do that.. she's a good girl, besides she isn't THAT agressive, she only asked him out on a movie once and then couldn't ask him if he had a gf or if they could start dating... if i were him i'd date'em both at the same time and by the end of the day have a nice 3some :twisted:

2) He wont forget about tae, it was all during the time when he wasnt in gantz, he will afcorse forget the hunting for tae so that could affect it a bit (i mean meaby he can act more naturally and calmy without the memories of that) but dunno how tae would react, she wasnt a gantzer so she probably still has the memories of geting hunted :/

fogetting ONLY the times during the hunting... can't happen, because remember how he trained with everyone so they know how to use the suits and the weapons? everyting he did was also outside of gantz, so if if the only memories erased are the hunting ones he'll still be able to remember gantz or at least way more than Izumi did. Also the times were he fought the dude that wanted to take money from him, not to mention his conversations with Izumi about gantz before he killed everyone in Shinjuku. All of those memories were outside of gantz and if he still has memory of them it'd be almost the same, the only thing he won't remember'll be the aliens, except for the chibi-alien.

But if by any case those memories aren't erased then if you think about it Kuroo being the next target isnt so weird. He'll have some of Gantz knowledge but is free from gantz (almost like what happened with tae) so him being the next target would be almost expected and then Gantz brings him back again to the room and the story goes on

The fact is that tae took a photo of a gantzer, and she wasnt supposed to know about gantz and the gantzer :wink:

yeah i know she took a pic, but she never saw it. She also felt Kurono when he saved her in the ring alien mission (and reconigzed him). But what I was trying to say is that IF Kurono's memories aren't fully erased then he'd also have knowledge of Gantz and anyone who's not in Gantz cannot have any kowledge about it(according to Gantz rules). But I also just realized that if that were the case then... does the people that saw them beating the oni aliens also become tragets?

1) yeah it is possible. Kurono did show that he was a big threat in the last mission and the vamps were there to watch, so making im a primary target is likely

2) I think he will forget about tae, just because i know gantz is lazy and fucks up sometimes, so i think that in order to erase kuronos memories he'll just revive the Kurono that first appeared in gantz (just pull up so old data that didnt have gantz info on it)

Below are the reasons/further arguments for idea 1 and 2.
1) - Gantz is a bastard
- it'll be really interesting: something random. I for one would love to see how Reika, old man and Izumi would react.
- Just like Tae took a photo but which was then later destroyed, the mission still carried on, which further support my first reason that Gantz is a bastard.
- Has there really been reasons given as to why alien X or person A is chosen as a target for a mission? With our cultural background we may had assumed that these aliens are a threat to mankind or that Gantz wants everything to be kept hush hush. Yet there has been no attacks that were initated by the aliens or the fact that now almost everyone in Japan knows about Gantz. If we used the same reasoning to explain why Tae was targetted, then the next target for sure would be the whole of Japan. Thus currently it is still unknown as to the purpose of Gantz and how it chooses its targets. For the purpose of entertaining the readers, choosing Kurono as a next target I thought could be highly possible.

2) Yes they are. Kurono saved Tae using the suit. Kurono wore his suit inside his school uniform when he went to school. That is during the time when he is not a hunter and not in the middle of a mission. Using your logic, after erasing his memery, Kurono should certainly still remember his relatioship with Tae, but also him wearing a gantz suit to school. That is definitely not "having your memories of gantz removed". This is similar to the response from K2110 of Kurono training with Reika using the suit.
