I have an idea,
since they can all be seen in public now, gantz will no longer set them free so karuno will get the blue screen of death at the begining of next issue. if you think about it before if any one found out they would have to be killed or something, since every one saw what punishment has occured. karuno will probly not be able to leave. (i hope atleast, his time in gantz has made him a better person then who he was at the begining.)
but karuno cant leave, hes the main guy, if your guna kill him off fine, but not this crappy way.

Yea no clue, something is coming though. They aren't going to like their leader being dead. Kuruno will get sucked back in.

Although bring Nishi coming back doesn't make much sense since he chose that.

Another thought: The manga will culminate with Kurono taking down Gantz himself.

He couldn't do it before because he was working for Gantz (and Gantz would've just blown his head up) but now he's free from Gantz. He can learn about Gantz because of all the proof that's around and then he can take up the fight to "free" his friends from Gantz and put an end to the missions. (We still don't know if Gantz is a "good guy." Even if he is, that doesn't mean Kurono will think so.)

This leads to the fact that, if you become Gantz when you choose the ultimate weapon, the final battle will be between Kurono and Izumi. Kinda makes sense when you think about it.

This is all assuming Gantz doesn't keep tabs on the people he frees though. "Oh, that Kurono kid is thinking of fighting against me eh? NOT A CHANCE!" *Blam! Kurono's head blows up.*

Well then what's the deal with the black ball Izumi had? Didn't he say he felt like someone was calling him back?

True enough. I'd momentarily forgotten about the little black ball. So would that mean Gantz is untouchable? Anyone who doesn't know about Gantz wouldn't fight him anyways and anyone who does know about him can't fight him because he's got ways of controlling them?

I still think that Gantz is going to go down by the end of the manga. Whether it'll be by Kurono's hand, or because of some massive alien invasion that causes the end of the world remains to be seen. :P
