I don't want the story to shift from Kurono either, because he's awesome, but part of me is happy to see him finally free from this crap, even if it's just temporary. It's possible he goes free, regains his memory, and rejoins the fight somehow. Or maybe he'll die again? Who knows.

If the Vampires kills him, he'll go back to Gantz again. Dont worry people he'll come back to Gantz. I think alot of people will die now that Kurono is gonna be free. But he'll come back and revive more people.

Well, I think it's the best way to go....haha....faked everyone on this board! Anyway, this way the story will have a whole new twist and a lot more to talk about. If he chose #2 or #3 he will still be in the Gantz world and it's going to be a lot of the same old same old. Now he is back in real life, there will be a lot of flashbacks, etc. and a lot of instinctive things like Izumi...until of course, the Gantzers can't handle the situation without him and they pull him back into it. Also, now that his bro and vampires know him and he doesn't know what's going on...there will be a lot of plot about how he's trying to run away from them but dunno why. I love this choice!

What debt?

I think there is potential for some great plots with Kurono being free now. Remember that some of the more compelling stories took place outside of the gantz world. The vampires still now about Kei and his brother Akira is a vampire as well. I don't think it will take long for Kei to regain his memories and help out his friends.

Well he hasn't actually mad the choice, he is muttering it or so it would seem. He will likely go number 1? No I can't, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't revive Kishimoto, at least for Katou's sake or something to that effect. Gantz probably wouldn't even let Kurono leave, everyone would dies without his leadership (pulling others together) and motivation.

Sonfa!! Damn, Another Vacation? He just came from one. Seal_broken put up the sign!!! He goes on another vacation right when things get the most crazy. I agree that Katou being the main character is a mistake for this manga so please god, no. I guess that also means no Kishimoto or Sei for a while either.

All I know is I'm pretty disppointed now. If Kurono is gone then for me their is no point continuing reading Gantz.

It looks like he chose freedom but he better change his mind or be screwed over. I mean how can you get rid of or replace the main character? It's like say Ichigo in Bleach decides hey I don't want to do this anymore bye. Or in any other anime/manga. It's like he wants his manga to commit suicide.

Even if he comes back eventually or this is all something to mess with our heads till the next chapter and he stays. Well I pray the 2nd is the case and Gantz goes on the way it has been.
