Gantz Grand Wishes?

I just finished watching the second season of Gantz anime and I notice something in the story. A part of the anime was devoted to talking about this man and his wife and child. The man's friend always laugh at him cuz his wife also asks him to buy milk, for his wife can't produce breast milk for their baby.

This guy was killed one night and sent to Gantz. After a while, he got killed. Right after he was killed, his wife's breast began to leak milk for the baby.

Does Gantz grant the person something they desire after they die in Gantz??

I haven't seen Second Stage, but I've read all the manga, and from what I know, Gantz's an asshole, and he'd never grant wishes (unless it's in the 100 Points Menu).

Well no, and since the example you presented is from the anime therefore filler, I don't think GANTZ grants wishes.

Though for people like Kei, Suzuki ( Old Man, according to Seal's site ), Izumi, Kaze, and Takeshi, things have been great since joining. So saying something along those lines is plausible. Takeshi practically got a wish granted as Muscle Rider appeared before his very eyes.

EDIT: And Sadako had finally won Hojo over. If only for a few minutes.

Well, Gantz now calls Kaze "Muscle Rider (Not Really)". If Takeshi ever reads that... XD

You're referring to Tetsuo (AKA Zoku A), the punk with purple hair (that's one cool jacket, by the way). I'm not sure if the milk thing also happens in the manga, but yeah, I remember that from the anime. Actually, he has a much larger appearance in the anime. You see parts where his zoku buds start mocking him for having a wife and a kid, and he gets pissed. I think that's part of the reason why I feel he seems like a better guy in the anime, while he's just a plain asshole in the manga. But nah, I don't think his wife being able to breatsfeed again is related to Gantz.

Hmm, I thought that was more like "yeah, really?". It's a single kanji. Does anybody know for sure?

Tetsuo made little to no sense to me in the anime. First he's a zoku with a heart of gold that is willing to save Nishi's life if he apologizes for fucking exploding the head of a freind of his and doesn't attempt to rape Kishimoto, then when the front door of the apartment opens after the Suzuki Mission he magically transforms into the punk from the manga. It's just awful.

I don't know what he planned to do if Nishi started going like "SORRY! OH MY GOD, SORRY! PLEASE!!". I think in the anime he was just caught in some conflicts, so that's why he just stood there thinking at times. It's probably also why he put on the suit, even after the other dudes called him a fag or something. In the manga it was more because Kurono was snatching it, so he took it away from him and wore it (just because of that). I think in the anime it was one of the fatsos who did that.

I don't think so, in the manga he was being as wary as he could've been in the anime about the suit b/c after Kei tried to steal it, it occured to him that he did infact need it.

Ah, yeah. You're right, I just checked. I still think it was one of the fat dudes who did that in the anime instead, though, but didn't wear.
