Things just get confused and Kurono kinda returns to be beginning where he faces the train once again, and some other stuff totally Evangelion-ish happens, and nobody knows what the fuck is going on. That's it. Everything else is purely speculation.
What about when aimed his 'gun' at the train, pulled back his hand and said "Bang!"
