i think kurono is still a coward. he didnt revive kei or sei cuz he was scared that his feelings would change for tae if he had a chance to see them again. he was scared he would return to the loser piss ass he was before without tae. so he took the bitch way out and revived nishi.

Nishi is actually much worse in the anime, where we have the chance to see him verbally owning everybody in the room, before getting shot by the zoku.

The team is getting bigger and bigger, either someones gonna die, or most likely or theres gonna be a HUGE FUCKING mission in the near future.

I think now that the opportunity for 'reincarnation' is available to the storyline, it'll make things a little, cheaper. Although saying that, all of the intense death scenes that have transpired happened when we believed that was the end of the character. I guess from the Mangaka's point of view, he got the emotion he desired from us. The fact that it's now almost null and void is irrelevant.
