which days is the chapters suppose to come out? eg. mondays, tuesdays

ive always been checking manga sites on tuesday <-- is tuesday the correct day to be checking?

Wednesday nights they come out online typically, but i dont know when they actually hit the bookshelves or whatever in japan.

also can someone please translate the second pic so we can know if we have to wait a other week for 219.

There is no info about next chapter release. I hope that it won't take so long like 218... (218 is still not there though )

Why that Kato always cry, it starting to seriosly piss me off ... So it took Nishi a year to get 90 points and now it needed only a couple of missions

well it seem that the boss can do 100 points in one mission.
i think he is crying because the old man used his freedom to revive him.

but still, he cries every time when something happens and why a leader would do something like that (he is or was)
