Thread: Just to disturb

The question is... why can't I use the languaje I prefer? If you don't understand, don't read :P I will always speak in spanish here :wink:

Because its not very considerate.
This site is in English, so it makes sense that English speaking people would be here and chances are alot of them wouldn't understand your preferred language.
Plus, if you post in other languages besides English, people would just consider it spamming.

Because it's goddamn irritating. If you want to speak Spanish, post in the Spanish topic or don't fucking post at all!

Being on this forum is like being in America, learn the damn language and use it; otherwise go back to your own country.

It's rampant here, I go to several international gfx forums or at least have in the past and no one ever felt the need to use another language other than english because many wouldn't understand and they were respectful enough to account for that.

You guys are just being idiotic holding conversations in that way, here and there is fine but creating threads in hopes of getting foriegn conversation stickies is just not needed.

I speak spanish, but think of it this way.

Your at a house (the forum) and everyone there is being social and speaking English. You go just to make your own conversation in Spanish, which is rude (not because it is spanish).

I'm hispanic and speak Spanish, but would you want a person to speak French in a Spanish forum?

My first language is Portuguese, but I really don't see many reasons to use it in a place like this. Sure, I did say something on it in one of those Spanish threads, but it was a joke. I have no problems speaking English, so that's what I'll do. Funny, though. I've seen tons of people saying stuff like "OGM all Brazilians do is to speak on their damn fuzzy language", in regards to things like foreign MMORPGS and online communities.

My advice is, use common sense. This site is from the United States, so it's better to just use English.

America is the continent not a country ... and if you dont remember spanish is one of the languages within.

There is a thread for hispanic speakers anyway.
