I also think that she will probably remenbered cause if she doesn't, will she still remenber kurono?

If her memory of Gantz is erased she will porbably still remember and love kurouno, just be wondering where the hell the last few days/months/whatever went. I say this because well when Gantz revived Sakurai he was wondering where that oni alien was, so Gantz revives them from either right before they die or a point before they die. In this case it would probably be before the Tae alien mission even started so everything that was going on between kurouno and her at that time will probably be all she remembers.Originally Posted by nataku
somehow I agree, the 3rd option is chessy, once u are pro hunter then better if u life with gantz, so you can revive ppl from the bank, who died outside mission, that's not right. for example your best friend is on the team with you, one day he got an accident and died, and you only need 100point to bring him back, it's like cheating death.
and Tae should remain dead, so there's only memories left, that would make the story more dramatic, the feeling of losing someone that irreplaceable is just huge.
If they didn't have the 3rd option everyone besides Izumi and probably Kaze would have choosen freedom. Izumi doesn't care about anyone besides himself and muscle guy is all about fighting. So it would be these two and new character who probably would die off pretty quickly not knowing anything.
I don't see anything wrong with him bringing back these characters-- Maybe, because I've been so impressed with how on the edge of my seat/emotional every chapter has been for the past few months. How can you complain he's created such great drama.
i think some people are afraid this he'll be dbz about deathsOriginally Posted by MasterSplinter
Yeah I'm a little concerned too... In DBZ it started off being a big deal to get the balls to revive someone, and that was kind of OK... but then later on they'd round em up in half an episode. You no longer cared if anybody died.
Than in Naruto, that was awesome how Neji and Chouji died... but then they were actually OK, and that was kind of gay. It's dramatic when the main charatcers die, and you feel cheated when they come back. You realise there's no risk in their missions at all.
Being able to revive Tae did give Kurono something to work towards, and that was cool... it just better not become easy to get 100 points and revive someone whever it becomes convenient. But the series is still cool.
It's always a good thing to remember that nobody knows what will happen from now on. You can't know if it'll be harder or easier to resurrect people. Also, I think the players are entitled to the prizes of their choice after suffering like damn pigs and almost dying every time.
I suppose the fact that you have to KILL in order to revive someone lessens the "cheapening of the manga", especially now that the hunters are starting to doubt the legitimacy of alien hunts. (reference 1000-arm-statue's question, midget alien's statement, the various comments made by the last group of Oni aliens, the fact that they had to kill helpless spring-onion alien, and that they had to kill Tae.)
If the formula still stands at 5 points per kill, 3 points per send, then that may put too heavy a burden on the hunter's consciences. (IE "gee, he's dead, now I have to kill 20 sentient beings with which I have nothing to do with in order to bring him back...")
